Can I order pictures online?

Yes!  Please go to www.martinphotography.hhimagehost.com and follow the instructions. You may also wait until the picture packages are returned to the school.  The picture package envelope will include an Order Online proof sheet.  This has instructions on how to go online to view the photo and place an order.  Please refer to the "ORDER ONLINE AT:" section on the proof sheet for the website address and password.

I forgot to order school pictures.  Can I still place an order?

Yes!  Please contact us and we will assist you.  You may also wait until pictures are returned to school and refer to the Online Order proof sheet included in the picture package envelope.  This has instructions on how to place an order online.

What should I wear for picture day?

We recommend you wear your favorite outfit.  Solid colors or simple patterns work best.  Try to avoid plain white or shirts with lettering and logos.

How long does it take to receive my pictures?

It takes approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Can I reorder pictures?

Yes!  Please refer to the Online Order proof sheet included in the picture package envelope.

What if my child is sick or absent on picture day?

We will be back again for a make up/retake day.  Please contact your school for information on the date and time.

What if I didn't receive what I ordered?

If your picture package is not complete, we'll gladly correct it!  Please contact us. martinschoolpics@aol.com

I am not pleased with the pictures.  What are my options?

You have the option of a retake or a refund. Please refer to the Retake Policy or Refund Request located on the back of the picture package envelope. Satisfaction is guaranteed!
